My name is Thiago Feitosa, but you can call me Feitosa.
I am the professional behind Criativo Verde, a place where strategy, creativity, and performance come together to generate real results.
With over 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, I have built my trajectory working strategically in Social Media, Inbound Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Performance Media.
Throughout this journey, I developed an approach that combines data analysis, marketing automation, and applied creativity, a formula that transforms ordinary campaigns into measurable, consistent results.

Between 2011 and 2015, I studied Advertising and Propaganda at UniNorte, where I took my first steps in marketing. It was during this period that I developed my creative, strategic, and analytical foundation — learnings that would become fundamental for everything I built in my career.

My professional journey began at PFC Cursos e Treinamentos in a part-time internship, where I assisted in promoting training classes. In less than three months, I was hired full-time and, after one year, took full responsibility for the marketing operation, including online and offline campaigns, digital ads, print materials, radio and newspaper ads — all with the challenge of filling classes each month.

In 2018, I entered the world of advertising agencies, starting as a Social Media Analyst at Vanguarda Comunicação in Manaus. There, I was part of brainstorm sessions, copywriting, campaign creation, and performance analysis, learning a lot about ROI and inbound marketing. Between 2018 and 2020, I also worked with other agencies, strengthening my expertise in performance marketing and content strategy.

From 2020 onward, I fully embraced the role of Inbound Marketing Analyst.
This was when I began planning, executing and optimizing strategies that included automation, lead nurturing, and performance media, blending data and creativity to deliver real results.

In addition to hands-on experience, I immersed myself in the RD Station ecosystem, completing courses, certifications, and events that broadened my view of sales funnels, customer journeys, and growth driven by data.

I was invited to One Publicidade to take on a major challenge: build the Performance Media and Inbound Marketing area from scratch. At the time, this structure didn’t exist, and my arrival marked a strategic transformation.
I structured processes, automation flows, planning workflows, presented inbound projects to clients, and led the implementation of tools such as Dinamize, RD Marketing, RD Conversas and RD CRM. This work solidified the department, improved ROI measurement and introduced a culture focused on data and performance.
